A world-class and high-tech animation company is looking for a
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

BASIC RESPONSIBILITY:
 
Plan, direct and coordinate human resources management.
• The Officer will be responsible for the daily administration of general policies and programs covering company guidelines and procedures, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations issues.
• The Officer will work closely with Administration and recommend employee policies and organizational programs that will further fuel company growth.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
 
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Must have at least 5 years experience specializing in Human Resources. Two years of which should be on supervisory level.
